RAP 离析对再生沥青混合料性能的影响分析

Influence of RAP Segregation on Performance of Recycled Asphalt Mixture

摘要: 通过室内模拟试验,分析了沥青回收料( RAP) 离析状态和程度对再生料体积参数、力学性能和路用性能的影 响。结果表明: RAP 离析对再生料性能影响比较显著,且RAP 偏粗离析对再生料性能的影响大于偏细离析的影响。 在RAP 偏粗离析时,造成再生料空隙率过大,对水稳定性极为不利,且大幅度降低再生料的低温性能、疲劳性能和 强度,且在同一程度的离析情况下,对再生料性能的影响大于原生料。在RAP 偏细离析时,虽然对再生料的水稳定 性和抗疲劳性能无不利影响,但将使再生料的抗车辙性能和低温抗裂性能显著降低。

Abstract: Based on laboratory tests,the influence of the state and degree of RAP segregation on volume parameter,mechanic performance and service performance of recycled asphalt mixture was analyzed. The study shows that RAP segregation has a significant influence on the performance of recycled asphalt mixture,and the coarse RAP segregation has a greater influence than fine RAP segregation. In the process of coarse RAP segregation,the recycled mixtures are of high air voids, which is greatly disadvantageous for the moisture stability and reduce dramatically the low temperature performance,fatigue life and indirect tensile strength. Under the same level of segregation,the coarse RAP segregation has a greater influence on the recycled asphalt mixture than that does on the asphalt mixture. Although RAP partial fine segregation has no obvious adverse effect on moisture stability and fatigue life of recycled asphalt mixes,it obviously reduces the rutting resistance and crack resistance performance at low temperature.
